These are structures of thinking and action that support strategy work at all levels – when defining direction, implementing actions, and evaluating impact. Implementation is the most important part of strategy. Its biggest challenges are often related to seven root causes that recur in the research findings and our observations in the field. We identify these bottlenecks and apply strategy implementation and communication methods to the company's situation, as well as providing support and sparring to advance important areas of development. Situations may require structural changes and the acquisition of new business or technology. Often, something has to be given up.
